If you were prescribed lithium what things should you watch for....its a rock, its dirt, its a crystal..its a natural substance but care and caution is needed when taking it. it must be monitored closely but can be a lifesaver especially for bipolar I, mania, depression, it has antisuicidal properties as well....listen in about lithium
