How are you in public: fearful, paranoid, other, agorophobia (neurosis, anxiety needing psychotherapy) is differentiated from paranoia (psychosis needing medication) and other things. Care in reporting these to psychiatrist is needed because it is often confusing and leads to disaterous results (see vid on social anxiety)
