Robotic daVinci Prostatectomy: Historical Review

Since its first description in radical prostatectomy in 2002, the practice management for localized prostate cancer has been drastically changed. In less than 5 years, the majority of all surgeries are being performed with the Intuitive Surgical daVinci robot.
